With a network of offices spanning the UK and Europe, the company depends on reliable and robust audio visual communications at the heart of the business. Following a competitive tender and consultation process Saville AV was awarded a nationwide service and maintenance contract.

The SavilleCARE team undertake comprehensive equipment health checks and preventative maintenance visits twice a year across the company’s nationwide estate. As a result of the first series of visits, the team were able to update and consolidate the previous out of date equipment asset register. All equipment and systems are now accurately recorded and tagged along with warranty and service details entered onto a central database which is accessed by the service technicians.

The unique VC helpdesk, part of the extensive SavilleCARE range of services, proved invaluable in resolving numerous legacy problems across the various video conferencing systems in use across the network. 

Following consultations with the operations team at WTW, a dedicated point of contact was provided to ensure continuity of service levels. Once a request has been received the SavilleCARE operations manager updates the central database and allocates the appropriate technical support. Everyone in the team is able to access the status of the support response via the database,  ensuring adherence with the SLA whilst providing the most efficient service possible.

We have been extremely impressed with the SavilleCARE support. The service provision, which includes staff cover should any of our technicians be unavailable plus free loan equipment for any items needed to be removed for repair means we can continue business operations unhindered. Their efficiently managed service and maintenance package provides total peace of mind.
