AlCTS provides global management of clinical supplies for eighteen of the world’s top 20 pharmaceutical companies. CTS also works with smaller companies including biotech, virtual and research organisations and also participates in government sponsored studies.
The system installed in the CTS boardroom combines multi-site video conferencing with a state-of-the-art presentation facility. An NEC 61” XGA widescreen multimedia plasma provides the main display, with a TANDBERG 2500 video conferencing unit linked to high sensitivity ceiling microphones. The Saville One Touch control system, VHS/DVD players and digital satellite receiver plus an electronic visualiser are discreetly fitted in a range of bespoke furniture. Access and control of all the equipment is via a cordless AMX 10” RF touchscreen.
We supplied a lectern-based system for the training room with a credenza housing AV and audio equipment including computer, VHS, DVD, visualiser and a multi-site video conferencing unit. The facility is in constant demand by trainers for managing their individual programmes. With full connectivity to equipment at the company’s other locations, it is used daily to conduct UK based training seminars via the video conferencing unit.
